1. Return and Refund Policy

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

  • Return Window: You may return any product purchased from the AUURA online store within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, free of defects, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

  • Shipping Costs: All shipping costs for returning an item are the sole responsibility of the customer.

3. Damages and Liability

  • Exclusions: AUURA is not responsible for damages, breaks, or tears resulting from a fall, misuse, or improper handling by the customer after the product has been delivered.

4. Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions

  • Custom Orders: Products that are customized, personalized, or made-to-order are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Promotions: While the legal 14-day withdrawal period applies to all online purchases, we do not accept returns on promotional or discounted items once this statutory period has passed.

5. Refund Processing

  • Verification: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 working days.
