Refund policy


At AUURA, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to return your purchase within a specific timeframe.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return)

If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us first at info@aura3d.eu. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Return Shipping:

You can send the product via parcel post or mail to:

Zvejnieku street 11-1, Carnikava parish, Adazi district, LV-2163, Latvia.

Please note: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Customized Products: Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (special orders).

  • Damaged by User: We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged, torn, or broken due to a fall, improper handling, or misuse after delivery.

Note on Sale Items: While the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to all standard items (including those bought during promotions), we do not offer extended return periods for discounted goods beyond the legal 14-day requirement.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the problem and make it right through a replacement or a full refund.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved.

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
