DELIVERY TERMS

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped according to the delivery method selected at checkout.

Delivery Methods and Partners

We work with a wide range of top-tier carriers including OMNIVA, DPD, Itella, Fedex, UPS, and others.

• Baltic States: Purchases within the Baltics are delivered via parcel lockers (OMNIVA, DPD, etc.), courier services, or through Latvijas Pasts (Latvian Post).

• Worldwide: International delivery is provided by OMNIVA, DPD, Itella, Fedex, UPS, DFL or other carriers available. Expedited courier delivery is available by prior agreement.

Parcel Locker Selection

If the desired parcel locker is not specified during checkout due to technical reasons, the order will be sent to the nearest available parcel locker based on the address provided in the "Shipping address" section.

Customs, Duties, and Timelines

• Taxes and Duties: All duties, taxes, and fees required to receive the shipment at the destination are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

• Shipping Costs: Delivery costs are calculated and displayed before the order is confirmed.

• Standard Delivery Time: Purchased goods are typically delivered to the Buyer's specified address within 5-7 business days.

• Exceptions: In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to ship goods within up to 45 calendar days, in which case the customer will be notified accordingly.
